📋 Description

• Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for the assigned CCaaS enterprise territory • Recruit, mentor, and scale a team of senior Enterprise Account Executives • Establish clear performance expectations and high-accountability sales operating cadences • Participate in major deal pursuits, engage C-suite executives, structure complex enterprise licensing models, and lead high-stakes negotiations • Define and execute regional go-to-market plans targeting Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Tech, and BPO • Partner with System Integrators, Channel Partners, Master Agents/TSBs, and technology ecosystem partners to expand lead flow and co-sell opportunities • Ensure pipeline generation, accurate Salesforce forecasting, and adherence to MEDDPICC and Command of the Message • Guide enterprise clients through digital transformation from legacy on-premise contact centers to scalable cloud and AI-first solutions • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Product Management, and Customer Success on onboarding, expansion, and retention

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with at least 5+ years of direct experience selling CCaaS, CX, UCaaS, or AI/Omnichannel Contact Center solutions • 3+ years of direct people management experience leading enterprise field sales teams carrying eight-figure quotas • Proven track record of personally closing and guiding teams through $500k+ ACV and multi-million-dollar TCV enterprise software transactions • Deep proficiency in structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Solution Selling) and enterprise forecasting precision • Strong existing relationships across the CCaaS channel ecosystem (TSBs, VARs, SIs, and strategic alliance partners) • Experience with NICE and IVA solutions a must
