📋 Description

• Ship production services • Work across backend, frontend, GraphQL, database, and containerization technologies • Use agentic coding tools while reviewing and owning generated code • Operate in a multi-service, async-first remote environment • Potentially ship and improve LLM-powered or agentic developer-facing products • Potentially fine-tune, distill, or train models for production targets • Potentially work with retrieval, ranking, embeddings, or search relevance • Potentially translate enterprise customer needs into product improvements • Potentially mentor engineers and improve agent engineering fluency

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience • Strong software engineering skills with ability to ship production services • Comfortable with Go on the backend, TypeScript on the frontend, GraphQL, Postgres, and Docker, or clearly able and eager to learn them • Fluent with agentic coding tools and able to understand and own every line they submit • Comfortable working in an async-first, multi-service, fast-paced remote environment • Experience shipping an LLM-powered or agentic developer-facing product (nice-to-have) • Experience fine-tuning, distilling, or training models for production cost, latency, or quality targets (nice-to-have) • Experience with retrieval, ranking, embeddings, or search relevance (nice-to-have) • Experience working directly with enterprise customers and translating their needs into a product (nice-to-have) • Experience mentoring or up-leveling engineers, especially raising a team's agent engineering fluency (nice-to-have)
