• Bridge the gap between business and engineering • Whiteboard solution architectures • Troubleshoot API calls • Translate technical capabilities into business value • Present to CTOs and lead engineers • Handle objections and build trust with technical stakeholders • Uncover underlying client needs • Propose creative, compliant solutions across multiple jurisdictions • Build working prototypes and proofs of concept

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role, preferably in payments, fintech, or SaaS (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Integration Consultant) • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related technical field • Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and SDKs • Ability to read and debug code and build working prototypes and proofs of concept • Familiarity with payment flows, acquiring, FX, and/or payouts is highly preferred • Experience working with regional/global enterprise clients is essential • Ability to whiteboard solution architecture, troubleshoot API calls, and translate technical capabilities into business value • Comfort presenting to CTOs and lead engineers, handling objections, and building trust with technical stakeholders • Ability to uncover underlying needs and propose creative, compliant solutions across multiple jurisdictions
