📋 Description

• Act as primary contact for designated channel partners and foster relationships across all levels • Understand partner objectives, challenges, and requirements and align Sitecore solutions accordingly • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewal opportunities • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product enhancements • Support partners’ sales teams with technical aspects of Sitecore sales processes • Enable partners during prospecting and help deliver solution proposals • Deliver bespoke demonstrations of Sitecore software solutions • Develop and deliver proofs of concept to partner prospects • Participate in occasional public speaking at regional events • Prototype, deliver, skin, and present solutions • Learn and upskill on the platform and related technologies and features • Write technical answers and proposals for RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs

🎯 Requirements

• Experience combining technical elements with clients’ business needs and requirements • Experience demonstrating software using a value-based approach • Ability to resolve complex technical issues and integrate multiple products into solutions • Understanding of cross-channel digital marketing technologies • Ability to absorb and integrate large amounts of information in short timescales • Ability to work closely with technical sales and business development colleagues • Self-drive and ability to control and prioritize time independently • Experience conducting business across Latin America (LATAM), including regional business practices, cultures, and market dynamics • Solid experience with one or more web content management systems, e-commerce, or digital asset management systems • Understanding of the MarTech landscape and trends, including SaaS and headless content solutions
