📋 Description

• Design and own the technical enablement curriculum for Hex's SI/consulting partner ecosystem • Build certification tracks, hands-on workshops, sandbox environments, and reusable reference assets • Build and maintain a partner-facing demo library • Run technical onboarding for new partners, including kickoff enablement, joint solutioning sessions, and architecture reviews • Deliver live and recorded trainings, workshops, and recurring office hours • Serve as the technical point of contact for top partners on complex or strategic deals • Provide proof-of-value support, architecture design, and technical objection handling • Produce partner-facing technical collateral, including solution briefs, implementation guides, best-practice documents, and demo scripts • Channel technical feedback from partner engagements to Product and Engineering • Track and report partner enablement health, certifications, demo independence, time-to-first-deal, and partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline • Collaborate with a fast-moving partnerships team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture • Ideally experience enabling channel, SI, or consulting partners rather than only direct customers • Hands-on fluency with SQL and Python • Comfort building and demoing end-to-end analytics workflows in a notebook-style environment • Experience designing training curricula or enablement programs from scratch • Strong live-presentation and demo skills • Working knowledge of the modern data stack, including Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, and Fivetran • Understanding of how SI partners scope and staff analytics engagements • Track record of earning trust with partner practice leads, solution architects, and delivery teams at consulting/SI firms • High ownership and a bias toward building • Willingness to travel roughly 25-30% • Legally authorized to work in the US • No current or future visa sponsorship requirement
