📋 Description

• Learn all aspects of client projects under the mentorship of experienced staff and take on management of clients • Provide support to Directors, Account Managers, and Account Executives • Work with production, sales, graphic design, data processing, digital, media, and accounting departments • Ensure projects meet client specifications and are delivered on time and with quality • Act as liaison and support for clients, the strategic account management team, and internal operations teams • Develop and maintain strong client relationships and provide top client service • Implement, schedule, and monitor campaigns • Coordinate omnichannel direct marketing plans and enter project specifications into the project management database • Track project milestones, deliverables, progress, and timelines • Manage weekly client status reports • Review and approve mockups according to client standards • Communicate file-processing specifications and updates to client specifications and SOPs • Validate data segmentation and counts against plan projections • Check seed records • Monitor schedules and changes • Prepare for and participate in client meetings, agendas, and recaps • Perform quality control on all aspects of projects • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget • Enter information into RKD technology and systems for instructions, workflows, tracking, and solutions • Partner with clients and act as an internal advocate for their work within the agency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred; an associate degree or 2+ years of related experience working in project management is required • Results-oriented • Excellent oral/written communication skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Outstanding organizational skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred • Experience with nonprofit organizations and/or direct marketing agencies is preferred • No sponsorships available for this position
