📋 Description

• Manage Custom DM Production and Production Estimating with Account Service, Creative, and vendors • Manage assigned client accounts and a pod of accounts • Maintain profitability, proficiency, quality, and accuracy of jobs • Manage day-to-day production workflow from data/art release to mail date • Act as liaison between internal departments and suppliers • Manage project bidding and client budgets • Interpret and compose job orders for data processing, mailing, and print purchasing • Coordinate scheduling, quality control, and project monitoring with internal departments and suppliers • Attend kick-off meetings and provide cost-effective package recommendations • Provide pricing and estimates and complete billing for assigned clients • Set goals and objectives and make timely decisions • Maintain vendor relationships and resolve production problems • Identify potential delays and communicate them professionally • Train new employees

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required • 10+ years direct mail agency experience preferred for senior level position • Organizational, project, and time management skills • PC literacy and knowledge of MS Office products • Excellent verbal and written skills • Basic understanding of postal regulations regarding bulk mail and non-profit criteria • No sponsorships available for this position
