📋 Description

• Facilitate completion of client-required compliance requirements, including criminal background checks, drug tests, education and employment verification, health screens, and onboarding paperwork • Monitor background checks daily and provide status updates to fulfillment offices and candidates • Communicate directly with clients to influence pending starts, eliminate obstacles, and adjudicate results • Identify trends that may cause delays and implement workarounds • Gather supporting documentation to manage discrepancies and expedite clearance • Audit completed requirements and determine eligibility for placement • Electronically file requirements for audits • Monitor turnaround times within assigned client portfolios and escalate opportunities for process improvement • Perform program support activities such as focus groups, collaboration meetings, and special projects • Maintain and update program tracking logs

🎯 Requirements

• AA or equivalent job experience • 1+ years’ experience in background verifications, customer service, or a similar high-volume customer service position • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong understanding of customer service and/or technical support service • Ability to interact and communicate with customers of varying levels of expertise • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to work well with key stakeholders • Team organization skills • Successful completion of a background check as a condition of employment
