📋 Description

• Prepare, review, and coordinate contracts and agreements to support organizational operations • Draft and revise contracts, amendments, and agreements based on organizational requirements • Review contract documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with policies • Track contract lifecycle activities, including renewals, updates, and approvals • Verify contractor eligibility and compliance through required checks and documentation • Monitor contract performance and identify compliance or performance issues • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure contracts are accurate, executable, and aligned with regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and six (6) years of experience working in a business or physical or behavioral health care setting or environment where contracts and subcontracts are used extensively to provide services; OR Associate's degree and four (4) years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of relevant experience; OR equivalent combination of education and experience • Valid driver’s license • Must reside within North Carolina • Must be able to travel within catchment as required • All candidates must pass a drug test as a condition of employment • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or Business field • Resume must include employer name, dates of service, average hours worked per week, essential job duties, education details, and licensure/certification information if applicable
