📋 Description

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services • Follow up with leads and prospects • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain accurate records

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years minimum of State Farm experience or General Lines Property & Casualty and General Lines Life & Health licenses • MUST HAVE General Lines Property & Casualty (P&C) license • Must have General Lines Life & Health license • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) • Strong mathematical skills • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Effective communication skills • Exceptional customer service skills • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred • Computer skills required • Typing speed (approx. 40–60 WPM) preferred • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
