📋 Description

• Secure, scale, and maintain cloud architecture, databases, file storage, search clusters, microservices, and machine-learning pipelines • Balance rapid delivery, high reliability, and robust security • Operate and optimize high-availability machine-learning inference services • Collaborate with customer security teams on secure integration • Develop Infrastructure-as-Code solutions to scale the platform cost-effectively • Define SLOs/SLAs and participate in incident response • Improve the observability and alerting stack and related processes • Identify and act on infrastructure cost-optimization opportunities • Contribute Python, JavaScript, and other code to new product features • Fix security vulnerabilities and bugs • Harden systems and processes for SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR requirements • Participate in an on-call rotation • Collaborate with product, infrastructure, security, operations, and customer-facing teams • Ship a substantial end-user deliverable within the first week • Onboard in person with the manager within the first month • Work with customers on security questions and onboarding • Learn and contribute to Roboflow's infrastructure and architecture

🎯 Requirements

• Production experience with Kubernetes • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, Helm charts, bash scripting, and Python • Experience operating, monitoring, and scaling large-scale applications in AWS and/or GCP • Proficiency in Node.js and Python • Hands-on experience with machine-learning infrastructure at scale, including GPUs, Docker, and Kubernetes • Familiarity with PyTorch or Tensorflow • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Spacelift • Awareness of cloud-operations security best practices • Experience leveraging LLMs and AI tools in development, security, and infrastructure optimization • Ability to collaborate with full-stack developers on SaaS applications • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation • Ability to work primarily during daytime hours in the US • Ability to attend synchronous meetings each week • Successful completion of a background check and reference checks
