📋 Description

• Build and continuously improve a best-in-class Talent Acquisition function, including playbooks, systems, and operating rhythms • Integrate AI and automation into sourcing, screening, scheduling, candidate communication, and reporting • Build and maintain leadership-level recruiting dashboards and reporting on pipeline health, hiring velocity, and hiring quality • Coach and develop hiring managers into stronger interviewers and talent assessors • Lead and grow the recruiting team while personally handling high-impact searches • Lead executive leadership, Director-level, Enterprise Sales/GTM leadership, and other critical or hard-to-fill searches • Build consultative partnerships with executives and hiring managers • Use recruiting metrics and data to drive continuous improvement and organizational learning • Report to the VP, People & Talent • Lead the in-house recruiting team and set the company’s recruiting standards • Build playbooks, training, and operating rhythms around the Ashby ATS transition • Collaborate with Marketing and People on employer branding initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• High judgment required • Experience across both technical and GTM/Sales recruiting • Demonstrated capability building leadership-facing dashboards, reporting, and metrics • Experience building and modernizing recruiting workflows with AI tooling • Track record building or scaling Recruiting Operations, including process, Ashby, Claude AI, JuiceBox, LinkedIn Recruiter or other AI sourcing tools, analytics, and vendor evaluation • Personal experience leading senior/executive-level searches • Strong operational rigor and intellectual curiosity • Player-coach mentality; comfortable leading a small team while staying personally involved • Credibility as a trusted advisor to executives and hiring managers • Comfort operating in a lean organization through strategy and execution • Background at a high-bar, fast-moving company such as tech, media, SaaS, or similar • Self-driven, energetic, and able to create momentum and structure in a fully remote model • Remote, with preference for candidates based on the West Coast; open to candidates outside that footprint
