📋 Description

• Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing, including resolving client concerns • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants, other professionals, friends, family, and closed clients • Market the Rocket brand and help homebuyers or homeowners obtain real estate financing aligned with their goals • Consult with clients and analyze financial situations to determine appropriate loan products • Evaluate credit, employment, income, assets, property, and other financial documents for financing qualification • Cultivate mortgage referral-source relationships and market the value of working with Rocket Mortgage • Advise and educate clients on home-buying, refinancing, and mortgage management • Establish, develop, and maintain a book of business to drive referrals and revenue • Provide excellent service to referral sources and clients • Stay current on Rocket Mortgage product offerings, qualifying parameters, and process changes • Represent the Rocket brand at civic and community functions to support business development and lead flow

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in mortgage loan origination • State and federal licenses • Licensed mortgage loan originator • Proven track record obtaining referrals and generating lead volume • Professional communication, time management, results-driven, teamwork, and critical/strategic thinking skills • Preferred: 3 years of experience in mortgage loan origination • Desire to work and grow in an entrepreneurial environment
