• Show homes • Host open houses • Attend inspections • Set your own hours and control your workload • Work with customers on your schedule • Get plenty of customers, especially on weekends • Work remotely out in the field with no office visits required • Operate without sales pressure, contracts, or closings • Submit an application and complete a video screen if minimum qualifications are met
🎯 Requirements
• Real estate license in the state where you'll work • Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin • Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them • Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association • Reliable mode of transportation • Ability to travel within your market • Background screening required
