📋 Description

• Guide strategic digital transformation pursuits across assigned accounts or region • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close across Cyber, Digital, and MOM solution areas • Build and deepen relationships with business and technical leaders across IT, OT, and C-suite • Partner with technical domain experts, delivery leaders, and account teams to shape value-driven solutions • Identify new opportunities by understanding customer pain points, trends, and priorities • Focus on long-term value creation and customer success • Report to the Director, Secure Digital Operations • Work remotely from anywhere in Michigan or Ohio

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future • Ability to travel 40% of the time • 5+ years of experience in enterprise or complex B2B sales • 5+ years of experience in complex enterprise or consultative sales (solutions, services, or software) • Experience selling to large companies in the automotive and tire industries • Experience selling digital solutions including AI/ML, cybersecurity, industrial SaaS, IIoT, or OT optimization • Experience with product development, manufacturing, industrial automation, or digital transformation consulting • Familiarity with MES, PLM, cybersecurity, industrial AI/ML, or cloud platforms
