📋 Description

• Greet members primarily by Express Teller Machine and other remote channels, including video, phones, chat, and email • Promptly and accurately process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, stop payments, card orders/replacements, statement/check copies, address changes, general maintenance, and other member requests • Use service promises and member-focused problem-solving to assist, resolve, and complete requests • Take ownership of situations within authority limits or refer them to other credit union personnel • Use the department ticketing system for research and interdepartmental work requests • Maintain knowledge of credit union products and services • Identify cross-sell and referral opportunities and make applicable suggestions • Participate in credit union promotions • Perform other duties as needed or assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency required (English and Spanish implied by the role title and English/Spanish right-to-work materials) • One month to twelve months of similar or related experience • High school education or GED • Good listening, verbal, and written communication skills • Professional telephone and on-screen skills • Professional appearance and demeanor • Technical knowledge and good computer/keyboarding skills • Ability to use 10-key calculators • Good eye for detail and quality • Good organizational and time management skills • Ability to adjust or move objects up to 30 pounds • Ability to remain stationary, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods • Ability to perform repetitive wrist, hand, and finger motions while using a computer • Close and continuous visual acuity for data, computer terminals, and extensive reading • Ability to work Saturdays • Availability for occasional overtime, unpredictable schedules, extended hours, and evening/weekend meetings or events • Ability to travel to credit union facilities/regions if required • Must complete a drug screening test within 48 hours of employment offer
