📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, develop, and manage a team of Cyber Security Engineers • Establish team goals, performance expectations, and professional development plans • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, and coaching • Foster a collaborative, high-performing, and security-focused team culture • Manage resource planning, workload prioritization, and project assignments • Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructures to protect the organization from cyber threats

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or information security; or • Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or information security; or • JD/PhD with 3+ years of cybersecurity, network security, or information security experience • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident • Strong understanding of enterprise networking, security architecture, and infrastructure security • Experience managing NDR/DDR, SIEM, and EDR • Experience securing cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform • Strong knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls, and ISO 27001 • Experience with incident response, threat detection, and security investigations • Excellent project management and organizational skills • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
