📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical leader within a product domain • Plan, design, and deploy valuable software with engineering teams • Define domain strategy and overall roadmap with stakeholders • Drive end-to-end execution of large-scale strategic initiatives • Align leaders and teams on priorities, tradeoffs, and expected impact • Influence organizational structure, team topology, and resource allocation • Set priorities across multiple teams and domains • Lead collaboration with Product, Data Science, and business stakeholders • Establish technical standards, architecture, and scalable best practices • Communicate complex technical and strategic concepts at the executive level • Coach and influence engineering leaders and senior individual contributors • Coordinate with Staff Engineers to establish and evangelize standards and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years as a software engineer • Proven leadership of projects involving multiple teams across functional domains • Excellent communication skills with engineering colleagues and senior business leaders • Must be on camera for virtual interviews • Must be able to work from a location across the United States
