📋 Description

• Sell to existing Ross-Simons customers through outbound phone calls • Inform customers about jewelry product details, new arrivals, and exclusive offerings • Generate customer interest and build personal shopping relationships • Create a welcoming phone-shopping experience and exceed customer expectations • Meet or exceed sales goals through enthusiasm and high productivity • Communicate professionally with a diverse group of people • Overcome objections and close sales • Build a career with Ross-Simons, a direct-to-consumer fine-jewelry retailer and Luxury Brand Holdings division

🎯 Requirements

• Relationship sales experience; jewelry experience preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to adapt to customer needs • Ability to close sales using a friendly, outgoing, and professional approach • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Ability to resolve inquiries quickly • Ability to quickly adapt to new software applications • Experience working with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without restriction
