📋 Description

• Partner with client groups to define and execute talent strategy • Ensure talent visibility, share opportunities, and coordinate talent slating • Prepare, support, and enable talent reviews, segmentation, and succession planning • Support high-potential and top-talent identification, development, and pipeline visibility • Prepare materials and insights for Collins and RTX talent councils • Support critical roles and talent work and risk mitigation • Serve as process steward for PI, IDP, mentorship, development, and enterprise tools • Partner with HRBPs to activate critical talent actions • Provide feedback on talent management processes, technology, and tools • Serve as the single point of contact for talent inquiries and triage Talent COE services • Understand business needs and escalate appropriately when needed • Coach HRBPs on basic organizational effectiveness tools and vendors • Support preparation for simple team sessions and facilitate limited interventions, assessments, and SDI • Travel as needed, up to 20%

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience • Experience in Human Resources as an HR Business Partner and/or in Talent Management • Experience communicating with senior leaders and executive stakeholders • Experience working in large, complex, global organizational environments • Ability to travel up to 20% • Aerospace and Defense Industry experience is preferred • Experience as an HR Business Partner or Talent Management Partner within a matrixed organization is preferred • Previous HR experience supporting an Operations, Supply Chain, or Quality client group is preferred • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future • No security clearance required
