📋 Description

• Lead the Global Supply Chain Development team and cross-functional improvement initiatives across Planning and Fulfillment • Lead execution of a 3-to-5-year roadmap, priorities, and value creation initiatives supporting $5B+ revenue • Lead supply chain transformation projects across Transportation and Warehousing targeting cost optimization and service improvement • Support Planning–Logistics synchronization through process, data, and operational improvements that enhance OTIF performance • Operationalize Planning-to-Fulfillment handoffs to reduce service failures and execution inefficiencies • Partner with leaders to clarify the global Planning & Fulfillment operating model and ownership of inventory, deployment, and execution decisions • Implement Planning & Fulfillment policies aligned with business requirements • Identify and analyze opportunities for capability development, performance improvement, and value enhancement • Develop analytical recommendations and support project prioritization • Solve complex supply chain problems and develop actionable end-to-end process solutions • Monitor competitive, macroeconomic, and geopolitical trends influencing supply chain development priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field • MBA or MS preferred • 5–8 years of supply chain development, planning, analytics, and operations experience • 5 or more years of business experience working in cross-functional teams • 2+ years of project management experience • Working knowledge of one or more Integrated Supply Chain functions: Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, Planning, and/or Fulfillment • Ability to collaborate with functional leads to solve business problems and present recommendations to leadership • Strong leadership and influencing skills in a highly matrixed, consensus-driven organization • Ability to manage ambiguity and balance multiple projects • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills • Ability to synthesize data, establish actionable goals, and support metric-driven execution • Problem-solving skills for complex business issues and practical supply chain recommendations • Critical thinking skills and ability to challenge ideas and assumptions constructively • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Advanced Excel • Previous experience in a global supply chain, medical device manufacturing network, healthcare services, and/or specialty pharmacy environment preferred • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in ambiguous situations and bring clarity to processes
