📋 Description

• Advise and represent the organization on contractual matters • Ensure contractual activities comply with corporate policies and procedures • Review U.S. Government and commercial customer requests for proposals • Identify proposal requirements and review terms and conditions • Assist in proposal development and obtain required management approval • Negotiate and execute complex customer contracts • Identify contractual and transaction risks and offer mitigation alternatives • Support program management teams and understand technical aspects of products and services • Provide strategic analysis, recommendations, and contractual advice • Advise on intellectual property, indemnity, and liability matters • Prepare documentation for legal and contract negotiations and relationships • Maintain accurate historical contractual records • Manage multiple high-volume projects of varying complexity

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience • US Government contract experience • Experience working with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, etc. • U.S. citizenship required • Skilled in U.S. Government and commercial contracting • Contract negotiation experience • Ability to work within integrated project teams • Advanced contracting expertise, including redlining, drafting, summarizing contract terms, negotiating, letter writing, and managing commercial and military contracts • Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-moving environment • Exceptional communication skills • Critical thought leadership and results-oriented mindset
