📋 Description

• Support system build, implementation, and maintenance activities for the OneRTX initiative • Design detailed processes using best practices, maximize process harmonization opportunities, evaluate gaps, and make scope decisions • Collaborate with external resources and internal RTX team members to configure and develop system capabilities • Support creation and execution of test scenarios and scripts, business-user testing, and defect resolution • Support migration from legacy systems to new environments, go-live, and post-go-live hypercare • Design, configure, and implement SAP EWM solutions for inbound and outbound logistics, putaway, stock transfers, and physical inventory • Conduct workshops demonstrating standard SAP EWM processes and gather logistics and warehousing requirements • Lead implementation efforts, including training, functional specifications, SIT/UAT testing, go-live support, and post-implementation maintenance • Integrate SAP EWM with SAP S/4HANA SD, PP, and QM modules and third-party systems • Collaborate with the Global Trade and Services team on integration • Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, manage tasks independently, and provide proactive support • Travel up to 25% as needed

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree and minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience, or 14 years of relevant experience in the absence of a degree • Hands-on technical experience configuring, building, and implementing SAP EWM • Experience with core warehouse processes, RF framework, Value-Added Services, LOSC/POSC, handling unit management, serial numbers, kitting, and material flow systems • Experience with integration technologies including CIF, qRFC, IDOC, RFC, and BAPI • Background implementing Decentralized Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) with SAP S/4HANA • Ability to travel up to 25% • U.S. Person status required • Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) preferred • Exposure to transportation management or integration with Transportation Management systems preferred • Experience with large, complex Aerospace & Defense enterprise projects or similarly regulated large organizations preferred • Experience with agile frameworks or iterative approaches to software development and implementation projects preferred
