📋 Description

• Lead full life-cycle recruiting across a wide range of requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers • Serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and HR partners • Evaluate and refine sourcing strategies and selection practices • Build and maintain pipelines for critical-skill roles through ongoing sourcing and candidate engagement • Actively source candidates using Yello and other enterprise tools • Manage candidates through all stages of the hiring process • Apply labor-market intelligence and recruiting data to inform hiring strategies and influence stakeholder decision-making • Review candidate credentials and ensure recruiting activities comply with employment laws and internal guidelines • Utilize Talent Acquisition tools and systems such as Workday and Yello to manage candidate flow, documentation, and compliance • Partner on cross-functional efforts and contribute to Talent Acquisition process improvements • Mentor TA colleagues on sourcing techniques, compliance expectations, and recruiting tools • Manage competing priorities autonomously while maintaining urgency on time-sensitive hiring needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of relevant experience, OR Master’s Degree with 3 years of experience • In lieu of degree, High School Diploma/GED equivalent with 9 years of experience is required • Experience in recruiting or Human Resources with demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruiting • This job requires a U.S. Person • Advanced sourcing capabilities, including proficiency with Boolean logic and targeted outreach • Proficiency in Workday and Yello • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
