📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain moderately to highly complex enterprise web-based solutions • Support development and enhancement of a centralized platform with reusable components, configurable processes, workflow automation, and system integrations • Lead technical development efforts from solution design through implementation, testing, deployment, and sustainment • Partner with business stakeholders to analyze operational challenges and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions • Contribute to architectural and technical decisions improving performance, maintainability, security, and scalability • Develop and maintain frontend applications, backend services, APIs, and database integrations • Support migration of applications and development processes to cloud-based environments, particularly AWS • Identify opportunities to standardize development through reusable components, common frameworks, and automation • Evaluate and implement new technologies and development practices • Troubleshoot complex application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing activities • Mentor and provide technical guidance to less experienced developers • Create and maintain technical documentation for development, deployment, and long-term sustainability

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience • Strong experience developing and maintaining enterprise web applications • Demonstrated proficiency in software design, development, testing, and troubleshooting • Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and development tasks • U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract • Experience with manufacturing or supply chain and enterprise business process applications preferred • Ability to independently lead complex technical efforts preferred • Understanding of frontend/backend separation, RESTful APIs, and relational databases preferred • Knowledge of large-scale data systems and pipelines preferred • Experience with reusable enterprise platforms, legacy modernization, or workflow-based business solutions highly desirable • Application development with C#/.NET/ASP.NET Core • React, TypeScript, and JavaScript • RESTful API development and integration • Entity Framework Core • HTML/CSS • PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server • Relational database design, SQL development, and query optimization • Amazon Web Services (AWS) • Containerized application development and deployment • Git/GitLab and CI/CD pipelines • Modern web application architecture and Backend-for-Frontend design patterns • Workflow orchestration and business process automation • Authentication, authorization, and application security • Integration with enterprise systems and services • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, time-management, written communication, oral communication, teamwork, and technical guidance skills
