📋 Description

• Provide infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, and general IT support for the Enterprise Services SIOP application suite • Participate in support, planning, best-practice definition, and collaborative meetings • Provision, install/configure, operate, and maintain Windows/Linux infrastructure in Azure or AWS cloud environments • Manage servers and logical and physical storage • Manage cross-platform authentication and access • Configure software and licenses • Work with a small team on cloud projects and system support • Design and support new and existing cloud application infrastructure • Oversee cloud operations and design infrastructure for new workloads • Continuously improve and mature cloud services • Administer RedHat Enterprise Linux and Microsoft Windows systems in cloud and on-premises environments • Create and maintain system documentation, best practices, procedures, and policies • Work effectively in a geographically distributed team • Engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously • Work independently with users to define concepts • Partner with a team member to automate manual off-hours tasks • Occasionally support 24x7 operations beyond standard work hours during the initial months

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum education is a BS in MIS, Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM), or 5 years of work experience or related field, or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree • Over 5 years of experience deploying and managing cloud-based solutions on Azure and/or AWS • Experience administering Windows and Linux server operating systems • Robust understanding of computers, networks, servers, storage, and databases • Experience in server architecture and troubleshooting methodologies • Experience developing solutions and documenting technical issues • Proficiency with Active Directory, WSUS, and VMware • Experience in systems and networking administration beyond basic account maintenance • Strong scripting skills, such as PowerShell and Terraform/HCL • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of Agile methodologies preferred • Microsoft Azure certification(s) preferred • Knowledge of or experience supporting Kinaxis Maestro preferred • Experience leveraging AI tools in everyday work preferred • U.S. citizenship is required
