📋 Description

• Lead operations for the Cloud Services organization across professional and managed services teams • Establish and reinforce delivery standards for scope, quality, timelines, documentation, risk management, and client communication • Monitor engagement schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, resourcing, utilization, capacity, forecasts, margins, quality, and client satisfaction • Lead high-priority delivery and client escalations • Oversee engineering quality, risk management, technical readiness, design quality, implementation quality, and corrective actions • Establish and govern engineering, architecture, operational readiness, backlog, prioritization, dependency, work-in-progress, and recovery practices • Support the Vice President and Managing Principal with operating model, priorities, and growth initiatives • Support offering management with service standardization, descriptions, pricing, and scoping • Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and service delivery practices • Partner with Sales and pre-sales teams on discovery, delivery feasibility, estimates, technical approaches, SOWs, Change Orders, and Contracts • Govern scalable operating processes, playbooks, and delivery governance • Lead and coach cloud services delivery leaders and consultants • Serve as the operational and technical escalation point for delivery teams • Oversee onboarding, training, career pathways, promotion readiness, performance expectations, and succession coverage • Provide governance for subcontractors and delivery partners • Coordinate client management methodologies, escalation tracking, CSAT and QBR governance, and recovery actions • Provide executive-level briefings and establish KPIs for customer success, operational excellence, and delivery quality • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Delivery Operations, Resource Management, PMO, Offering Management, Sales, and Cloud Services leadership • Support public speaking, cybersecurity evangelism, and go-to-market initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cloud services, technical delivery, professional services operations, or related leadership • Strong experience establishing delivery standards and improving operational performance across a cloud services portfolio • Direct experience leading cloud services delivery teams or organizations • Experience managing utilization, margins, capacity, delivery timelines, quality, and client satisfaction metrics • Strong operational leadership and team-building skills • Deep understanding of cloud services delivery and engineering practices across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP • Ability to establish delivery standards, manage schedules and risks, and drive on-time, high-quality client outcomes • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to develop, communicate, and execute cloud engineering strategies • Proven leadership experience with cloud engineering, security engineering, consulting, or managed services delivery teams • Strong knowledge of engineering operations, oversight, and technical delivery governance • Strong client communication, technical judgment, prioritization, and people-leadership skills • Proven expertise in driving customer satisfaction, security adoption, and retention • Ability to align cybersecurity solutions with market demands and customer needs • Skilled in translating complex security concepts into actionable business insights • Relevant AWS, Azure, GCP, ITIL, or related certifications are preferred • Bachelor’s degree (four-year college or university) or equivalent combination of education and work experience
