📋 Description

• Develop custom Salesforce solutions for Marketplace initiatives • Perform custom programming using Apex, Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, Python, Java, and other development tools • Create custom LWCs using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS aligned to the Salesforce Lightning Design System • Use Apex and Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) to integrate Salesforce functionality • Translate complex mathematical logic into application logic using Python and Java • Support the Product Owner in gathering requirements and identifying solution options and dependencies • Collaborate with developers on code reviews and feedback • Create and maintain technical documentation, naming and commenting conventions, and Salesforce policies and procedures • Participate in the full application lifecycle, including design, requirements, development, testing, and deployment • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects throughout project delivery and production implementation • Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Development Manager, developers, Business Analysts, CMS, and Agile team members • Address complex policy and system integration activities across multiple Salesforce Orgs • Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and how-to support • Travel less than 10%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 6+ years of hands-on programming/custom coding experience with object-oriented and scripting languages • Hands-on experience with an object-oriented language such as Python, JavaScript, Java, and/or C# • Hands-on experience deploying and working in cloud hyperscale environments • Experience deploying and operating in AWS, Google Cloud, and/or Azure • Strong understanding of industry-standard secure coding and scalable coding patterns • Hands-on experience deploying via CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Copado CI/CD, and/or Jenkins • Experience with Git and source control tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps • Experience using Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, or IntelliJ • Must be willing and able to obtain a CMS Public Trust clearance • Must have resided in the United States at least three out of the last five years • Must work remotely on schedules based on Eastern Standard Time (EST) • Work visa sponsorship will not be provided • Preferred: HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, and JSON • Preferred: SOAP and REST web services development • Preferred: REST APIs • Preferred: Healthcare Service Industry or CMS experience • Preferred: JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint • Preferred: Agile methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban
