• Define the Enterprise Services “OneRTX” future-state vision for Connected Factory planning, execution, visualization, and near-real-time data orchestration • Lead development and sustainment of compliant IT digital architecture focused on Connected Factory capabilities • Establish, lead and support the Connected Factory sustainment organization • Drive process standardization, technical harmonization, and measurable enterprise value • Support capability harmonization, sustainment centralization, and technology consolidation across manufacturing and factory systems • Lead digital strategy development and oversee operational sustainment and tactical processes • Manage people across internal teams, shared services, and external partners • Align technical roadmaps with enterprise objectives alongside BRMs, operations leaders, and supply chain/manufacturing stakeholders • Expand use of Ignition apps, tier boards, action trackers, event brokers, and connected manufacturing capabilities • Guide communities of practice and educate stakeholders on Connected Factory technologies and application architecture • Ensure solutions comply with RTX IT policies and industry standards while maximizing scalability • Collaborate across legal, digital technology, manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering
• BS Degree in computer sciences, supply chain management, engineering, mathematics or related field • Related Master's Degree preferred • 14+ years of professional experience across multiple digital supply chain services and technology disciplines • 12+ years of experience leading project teams in digital or process transformation • 5+ years leading technology sustainment / Center of Excellence teams supporting business technology implementations • Experience implementing and supporting Connected Factory technologies such as MES, SCADA, Ignition, event brokers, shop floor management, or digital performance management systems • Experience leading multi-year initiatives across multiple operating units and global regions • Experience managing projects with 3rd-party resources as primary execution support • Experience working in complex corporations and/or Aerospace & Defense or related industries • U.S. citizenship required • Knowledge of advanced digital manufacturing technologies such as predictive analytics, digital twins, or RPA preferred • Experience with Ignition, Kafka or other event broker technologies, MES/MOM systems, SAP ECC or S/4 HANA manufacturing integrations preferred • PMP or similar certification is a plus
