📋 Description

• Review drawings, specifications, and purchase history to determine sourcing strategy • Review Supplier Statement of Work (SSOW) documents and collaborate with functional organizations to develop and revise them • Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs • Review quotes/proposals and analyze results • Plan negotiation strategies and lead negotiations • Address exceptions to flow downs, specifications, quality notes, and Raytheon terms and conditions with cross-functional program contacts • Gather and file required purchase-order documentation according to internal procedures • Perform routine post-award management activities • Interact significantly with suppliers in collaboration with Commodity Performance Leads (CPLs)

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience • Previous procurement experience • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract • Experience in Government procurement • SAP experience • Ability to analyze Cost and Pricing data and determine proposal compliance (FAR 15.4) • Demonstrated knowledge / compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) • Ability to understand technical requirements for procured hardware and services including Statement of Work (SOW) review • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, changing environment • Proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal • Ability to support travel up to 25% • Security clearance not required
