📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning, aligned with organizational goals, budget, and timeline • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize workforce planning processes and integrate financial and operational strategies • Establish and manage program governance, project plans, business cases, milestones, and risk assessments with the HR technology team • Guide working teams and facilitate important decisions and activity completion • Support change management initiatives for organization-wide adoption of Workday Adaptive Planning • Manage external vendors and consultants and ensure deliverables meet organizational needs and standards • Support post-go-live enterprise governance, operating model, and change controls • Identify and develop enterprise requirements, standards, and success metrics • Provide status updates, reports, and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders on progress, budgets, and outcomes • Travel up to 10%, or as needed

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience • Minimum 10 years of experience in program or project management, focused on HR or financial systems implementations and business transformation • Direct experience implementing an operational workforce planning solution or workforce planning technology platform such as Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or Oracle • Demonstrated experience executing workforce planning processes post-implementation, not solely system deployment • Advanced degree in MBA, MS Analytics, HR, or related field preferred • Strong understanding of change management principles and experience driving adoption of systems and processes • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all organizational levels • Understanding of workforce demand planning, capacity modeling, and labor financial alignment • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills • Must be a U.S. Person as defined in the posting • Security clearance is not required
