📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement SAP ABAP programs and enhancements in plant maintenance and depot areas • Collaborate with functional Business System Experts to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications • Work with the technical team and business stakeholders to support Plant Maintenance and Aftermarket processes • Develop and maintain SAP Fiori applications in the Plant Maintenance area and integrate them with backend systems • Debug and resolve system issues and provide technical support • Optimize existing ABAP code and perform code reviews for best practices and performance • Support system upgrades, patches, and other technical initiatives • Document technical designs, processes, and solutions according to RTX standards • Travel up to 10%

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in SAP ABAP development • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or related discipline • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development • Proven expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance and understanding of Plant Maintenance functionality and industry processes • Experience with SAP Fiori development, including UI5 and OData services • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of SAP modules relevant to Plant Maintenance, such as PM, MM, and QM • Experience working in a Best Cost Location environment preferred • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies preferred • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA preferred • Ability to travel up to 10% • U.S. citizenship is required because only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under the program/contract • Security clearance is not required
