• Lead improvements to monthly cost and schedule variance analysis for Tomahawk Direct Investment and capacity acceleration efforts • Support and refine Quarterly EAC development through cross-functional coordination and assumption validation • Build and enhance financial models for test equipment upgrades, supplier rate-readiness investments, capital planning, and obsolescence redesign • Improve interpretation of budget, forecast, and EAC performance • Strengthen monthly LRE and quarterly EAC cycles through financial tools and workflow improvements • Prepare proposal and customer-reporting financial materials supporting Multi-Year Procurement alignment • Perform financial analysis across multiple Tomahawk contracts, identifying cost drivers, schedule impacts, and performance trends • Complete monthly cost CDRLs and financial deliverables • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly leadership reporting • Update financial charts and materials for Program Management Reviews • Process approved Budget Change Requests and integrate them into forecasting systems • Manage monthly forecast activities, including RPLAN updates, data validation, and financial consolidation • Support FP&A cadence activities and improve consolidation accuracy, reporting quality, and operational financial processes • Partner with Program Management, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or related field or equivalent experience • Minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience • Experience with financial reporting, data analysis, forecasting, or process improvement • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, conditional formatting, and charts • U.S. citizenship required • Experience with APEX, PRISM, Analysis for Office, SAP, or SAP Business Warehouse preferred • Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVMS) and willingness to pursue certification preferred • Ability to meet critical deadlines and manage multiple competing priorities • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, written, and verbal communication skills • Ability to brief leadership • Attention to detail and continuous-improvement mindset • Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and support corrective actions
