📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Cloud System Administrators • Set priorities, balance workloads, and ensure timely delivery of operational and project-based work • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance evaluations, and career development planning • Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture across geographically dispersed team members • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of cloud system projects, migrations, deployments, vulnerability management, and improvements • Coordinate cross-functional project activities to align with business goals and minimize disruptions • Own Clara, ATO, GTA, and other compliance-driven programs, gathering input for accurate and timely submissions • Maintain project documentation, workflows, and cost reporting • Support shared-services road mapping and long-term strategic planning • Direct daily cloud operations, troubleshooting, and service continuity with the Cloud Systems Lead • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, cloud security standards, and compliance frameworks • Liaise between stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership, escalating issues as necessary • Drive cloud initiatives that improve system performance, security, and business value • Ensure exceptional customer and stakeholder experience while supporting critical cloud-based capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or a related field with 10 years of experience; OR 14 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree • Proven experience managing technical teams and projects in fast-paced, production environments • Prior leadership experience in enterprise cloud, infrastructure, or systems operations environments • Experience using ticketing, change management, or service management systems, such as ServiceNow • Strong documentation capabilities • Ability to analyze complex issues, coordinate resolution, and communicate status clearly • Experience collaborating across remote teams, vendors, and business stakeholders • Ability to translate business requirements into effective technological or operational solutions • U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract • Ability to support 24x7 operational environments, including occasional after-hours work • Travel up to 5%
