• Develop, communicate, and implement country- and supplier-level sourcing strategies • Ensure alignment and buy-in from leaders and global stakeholders • Support international co-production, second-sourcing, and industrial participation projects • Partner with Program/Capture teams, OSC SBU leads, Global Trade, Engineering, Global Industrialization, Contracts, and other functions • Apply International Co-production Playbook best practices • Ensure strategic international supplier onboarding readiness • Support and participate in supplier assessments • Lead supplier onboarding tasks, including NDAs, ESDM, RECON due diligence, RESA 1-3, and UCC approvals • Maintain the international supplier capability database and data integrity • Support Strategy and Submit/Commit gate reviews • Support capture strategies for international pursuits and offset/industrial participation projects • Create executive-level presentations and leadership-ready reports • Assess proposed business solutions, partner selection, project evaluation and development, and financial valuations • Travel internationally and domestically approximately 5–25%
• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Strategy, Supply Chain, Program Management, or Operations/Manufacturing • Experience developing and implementing functional, business, or portfolio strategies • Experience developing business cases and ROI analyses • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the Aerospace & Defense industry • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance • U.S. citizenship required • Experience in supplier management, manufacturing, engineering, or program leadership, especially in international environments • Experience with geographically dispersed cross-functional or Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) • Experience developing executive presentations • Experience with FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and USG export/import requirements • Project and change management experience • Experience with Statements of Work (SOW) and MRP/ERP systems such as SAP (PRISM) • Exposure to offsets/localization/industrial participation and proposal development • Relevant certifications such as PMP, CPSM, or CSCP • Experience in management consulting or internal strategy roles • Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance required after day 1
