📋 Description

• Manage Global Supply Chain Management activities in the Naval Power Mission Area supporting the Naval Standard Missile Systems production portfolio • Serve as the interface between Supply Chain and Program for production contracts • Develop and implement material strategies and forecasts • Ensure cost and schedule requirements are met • Evaluate metrics to monitor Global Supply Chain Management health • Assess and develop suppliers and support ROMs/proposals • Drive Supplier Health activities and ensure supply-chain capability, staffing, and production planning meet contracted deliverables • Travel extensively to the supply base to assess and validate supplier capability • Travel regularly to Raytheon facilities, primarily Tucson, to engage stakeholders and internal partners • Drive processes to successful completion for an aggressive delivery schedule • Increase operational efficiencies • Process strategic and tactical tasks • Influence team decisions and outcomes of other program leaders • Work cross-functionally with quality, engineering, operations, and other teams • Manage multiple conflicting priorities with supplier managers • Process information from multiple sources to achieve successful outcomes • Assess supplier health and capability against contracted deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of prior relevant experience • Experience leading or participating in cross-functional teams • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance • U.S. citizenship required for security-clearance eligibility • Active and existing DoD Secret clearance required after day 1 • EVMS certification preferred • Experience leading program management efforts, addressing issues, and resolving conflicts preferred • Financial experience, including supplier negotiations and cost-reduction execution preferred • Experience managing suppliers or projects preferred • Experience supporting supplier production-readiness efforts and capacity assessments preferred • Experience with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project preferred • Ability to travel extensively to suppliers and regularly to Raytheon facilities, primarily Tucson
