📋 Description

• Own the lifecycle marketing strategy for patient and provider audiences • Lead the Lifecycle Marketing team • Manage the patient lifecycle from initial interaction through treatment goals and future mental healthcare needs • Ensure a delightful, supported, and clinically sound provider experience with Rula • Develop and manage communications across email, SMS, and push notifications • Launch new lifecycle marketing programs and run tests across lifecycle elements • Drive improvements and delight patient and provider audiences • Coordinate with Product and Strategy & Operations teams on patient and provider experiences • Partner with Growth Product and Engineering to develop required tools and experiences • Collaborate across Marketing to communicate the Rula brand story and ensure a coherent patient/provider journey • Support Rula's continued growth

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in marketing • 4+ years of experience in a leadership people manager role • Experience building a lifecycle function, including recruiting, onboarding, and directing a blended team of full-time employees, embedded technical teams, and external contractors • 5+ years of experience with complex consumer lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, and push • Proven track record partnering with and influencing senior leadership across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Analytics/Finance • Experience launching integrated customer journey initiatives and cross-functional workflows • Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasting ROI, and improving business unit economics such as CAC, LTV, and churn reduction • Demonstrated success designing and scaling multi-channel lifecycle marketing strategies that measurably improve acquisition, retention, and reactivation • Preferred: Experience elevating complex lifecycle programs from 1 to 100 • Preferred: Experience with lifecycle marketing for ongoing or high-frequency services businesses • Preferred: Experience defining email/SMS/push governance and compliance rules • Preferred: Experience at a fast-paced mid/later-stage startup or growth company • Preferred: Experience navigating regulated industries, patient privacy, and HIPAA requirements in marketing communications • Must be based in the United States; currently not hiring in Hawaii
