The platform works with over 120 insurance plans nationwide (including Medicare, Medicaid, and many major commercial carriers), verifies coverage, provides cost estimates, and offers in-network pricing (average $15 per session with insurance) and cash rates for self-pay. Rula supports 90+ conditions (anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, etc. ), provides tools for scheduling and managing appointments, and offers resources like tests/quizzes and a provider directory spanning all 50 states. It serves patients directly and partners with employers, health plans, and health systems, and emphasizes clinical standards, provider reviews, and ongoing professional development.

📋 Description

• Partner with leaders across Clinical, Operations, Growth, Product, Finance, and Analytics to define long-term strategy • Evaluate new business opportunities • Translate high-impact ideas into actionable pilots and scalable initiatives • Define the path to 5x the business over the next 3 years • Research, scope, and pilot new service launches or business lines • Analyze patient and payor LTVs to improve unit economics • Frame ambiguous business problems and influence executive stakeholders • Build financial models and analyze data • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution • Develop scalable operating models, analytics, and cross-functional execution plans • Facilitate alignment and navigate challenging or ambiguous business decisions • Help shape the future growth of Rula’s psychiatry business and expand access to psychiatric care

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience across management consulting, strategy and operations, business operations, corporate strategy, or similar strategy and operations roles within high-growth startups or mid-sized companies • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel • Experience building complex financial models, leveraging advanced formulas, and analyzing large datasets • Ability to translate strategic objectives into scalable operating models, analytics, and cross-functional execution plans • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to synthesize complex topics and influence executive-level stakeholders • Strong executive presence • Experience partnering directly with senior leaders, facilitating alignment, and navigating challenging or ambiguous business decisions • Ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution • Must be based in the United States; Rula is currently not hiring in Hawaii • Preferred: experience at a high-growth technology company, with healthcare or digital health experience preferred • Preferred: experience using business intelligence tools such as Looker and working knowledge of SQL • Preferred: experience leading annual, strategic, or company-wide operational planning processes • Preferred: experience launching and scaling new products, services, business lines, or other 0→1 initiatives • Preferred: experience evaluating M&A, partnerships, adjacent markets, or corporate development opportunities
