It offers three main product platforms built on these models: Runway Creative, an all‑in‑one cloud creative suite for generating and editing video, images and audio for individuals and teams; Runway Dev, an AI media platform and API for developers to run models, compose pipelines and trigger workflows; and Runway Robotics, a toolkit for photorealistic simulation, policy inference and synthetic data generation powered by their General World Model (GWM-1). Runway also publishes research (e. g. , GWM-1, Gen-4. 5 video model) and serves both individual creators and enterprise customers.

📋 Description

• Own and maintain relationships with top API partners as their primary technical point of contact • Own post-sale success, including onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion for key accounts • Conduct technical discovery sessions and architect scalable, production-ready solutions • Identify and prototype targeted new markets and product opportunities • Develop deep functional and technical understanding of Runway products and roadmap • Onboard partners to the API Developer Portal and support long-term expansion • Triage and resolve technical escalations with Engineering • Provide feedback to Product, Engineering, and Creative teams • Analyze, track, and report partnership performance using BI tools and data

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Developer Relations • Experience engaging technical stakeholders at complex global organizations • Experience leading complex implementations of Generative AI or traditional ML solutions • Ability to drive measurable business outcomes • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment • Track record of rapidly prototyping ideas and applications using AI-powered APIs • Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders • Exceptional presentation and communication skills with executives and leaders • Experience with data tooling and BI systems, including SQL, BigQuery, and Retool • New York or San Francisco-based preferred
