📋 Description

• Lead regional nursing operations to ensure high-quality patient care and strong clinical outcomes • Develop nursing staff through coaching, assessments, and performance-focused leadership • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic pharmacy, clinical, and sales initiatives • Optimize staffing models, resource utilization, and operational efficiency • Partner with contracted nursing agencies to support patient care delivery and education • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centered care

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing • 5+ years of clinical experience, including 3+ years in leadership • 3+ years of Home Infusion experience, as a new and/or leader • Strong IV insertion skills • Proficiency with MS Office and Apple technology • Strong problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills • Valid driver’s license • Ability to travel up to 10% • Master’s degree preferred • CRNI or other specialty certification preferred • Knowledge of pharma audit and contract review processes preferred • Home internet through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload when working at home
