📋 Description

• Manage onboarding and offboarding for full-time employees and contractors • Manage day-to-day HRIS administration and ensure data integrity • Support employee visa processes and leave management • Serve as a first point of contact for employee relations matters, applying judgment and escalating when appropriate • Advise employees on benefits and company policies • Partner with the HR manager on performance reviews, open enrollment, engagement surveys, and other key programs • Support the team wherever needed to move work forward

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Associate, or people operations role • Solid understanding of benefits, leave administration, and employment law basics • High emotional intelligence and good judgment in sensitive employee situations • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment • Familiarity with HRIS platforms; Rippling experience is a strong plus • High ownership mindset, strong work ethic, and team-first attitude • Experience working at a tech startup under 500 people is asked about in the application • Must be currently based in the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S.
