📋 Description

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information • Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines • Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities • Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community • Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience • Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives • Help customers with insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Crop Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in Texas • Prior State Farm experience highly preferred • Current insurance licensing highly preferred • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Prior State Farm experience preferred • Currently licensed applicants preferred
