📋 Description

• Own cross-functional initiatives by leading coordination and accountability across operations, supply chain, culinary, and CX • Roll out operational improvements that make kitchens more reliable, efficient, and well-supported • Ensure top performance across the national kitchen footprint • Drive adoption for new processes and tools through documentation, clear communication, and consistent follow-up • Contribute to the overall strategic roadmap and cultural growth of the company

• Extremely organized and detail-oriented • Strong analytical thinking • Excellent written communication skills • High ownership and follow-through • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities • History of strong performance in the QSR, restaurant or retail space • Particular focus on working between corporate initiatives and field teams
