📋 Description

• Lead all technology management activities across Pratt & Whitney U.S. Operations and Quality networks, including manufacturing sites located in Israel • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, Global Trade Program Support, and Central Technology Management to identify, manage, escalate, and govern technology-management issues • Execute DDTC/RTX/PW Consent Agreement technology-management deliverables • Support interpretation, review, and implementation of RTX policy initiatives • Assess business impacts of new and emerging regulations • Provide technology-management support and training to business partners • Ensure accurate jurisdiction and classification of tangible and intangible items • Develop, maintain, and support technology-management decision trees, tools, reference guides, and resources • Support and execute technology-management audits • Lead and facilitate Jurisdiction Classification Level 2 training • Review the technical scope of export authorizations for the Operations and Quality Authorizations Team • Review and disposition CLARA requests from a Global Trade perspective • Perform capacity analyses, identify supportability risks, and drive remediation actions with business units

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of global trade experience, including strong knowledge of U.S. ITAR and EAR regulations; OR Advanced degree with 7+ years of global trade experience, including strong knowledge of U.S. ITAR and EAR regulations • U.S. citizenship, due to government contracts • Ability to obtain and maintain a secret government security clearance preferred • JCL3 Certification preferred • Working knowledge of major technical drivers within P&W manufacturing sites and Quality network preferred • Engineering and/or manufacturing experience with P&W products preferred • Strong attention to detail and process discipline preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to deliver executive-level messaging preferred • Ability to motivate, influence, and develop people preferred • Ability to develop effective networks with internal customers preferred • Ability to make quick decisions and exercise good judgment regarding escalation of issues preferred • Travel up to 20%
