📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of analysts using healthcare data for new product development • Partner with Product and stakeholders to define and prioritize product initiatives • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Application Development to design and implement data-driven solutions • Identify and drive process improvements and operational efficiencies • Ensure accuracy, quality, and integrity of analytical processes and deliverables • Champion a customer-first approach in product development • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging data analytics technologies • Uphold technology standards and best practices across the team • Communicate insights and status updates to stakeholders • Tailor communication to audiences with different levels of technical understanding • Manage project tracking tools, including Azure DevOps and Salesforce

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field • 5+ years of analytics experience, including at least two years in a supervisory role • Experience with medical claims data • Experience working in Python • Proficiency in SQL Server • Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker • Strong track record of converting complex data into actionable insights and impactful products • Curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving mindset • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects independently • Detail-oriented with strong commitment to validating results • Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously • Comfortable working with incomplete or ambiguous data • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Pharmacy claims experience preferred • Cloud analytics platform experience, such as Databricks, is a plus • Must be US based • Quiet, distraction-free workspace • Reliable internet connection • Adherence to company security protocols, including VPNs, secure passwords, and company-approved devices/software
