📋 Description

• Serve as HRIS subject-matter expert and primary administrator • Act as liaison between teammates and vendors for HR systems • Maintain user accounts, reports, dashboards, workflows, configurations, and system administration • Perform testing and resolve system issues • Administer role-based security access and support periodic access reviews • Establish and maintain recurring audit routines to ensure HRIS data integrity • Maintain functional knowledge of HR processes, platforms, data integrations, and system dependencies • Identify process gaps and efficiency opportunities • Triage, research, and resolve HR system support issues • Correct gaps in existing HR system processes • Surface process inefficiencies and work with stakeholders to revise processes • Create, manage, and perform HR system data feeds and integrations • Monitor and resolve system connection issues • Configure and maintain business rules and workflow configurations • Identify system enhancements and document business needs • Determine impacts on current processes • Train new users on HR platforms as needed • Maintain the HR Confluence page • Perform all other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as an HR systems administrator • Experience with system implementations and maintenance • Experience with reporting and analytics • Experience with routine troubleshooting • Experience with carrier feed and SFTP management • Ability to maintain and monitor multiple systems while working with business leaders and users to resolve problems • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Broad-based HR knowledge applied proactively to business needs • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities • Ability to ask thoughtful questions to determine root cause/need • Customer service mindset with excellent communication skills • Experience with Cornerstone as a system administrator strongly preferred • Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
