📋 Description

• Support customers regarding KPIs, including teaching dealership personnel to use the Retail Inventory Management website, reviewing policies and procedures, answering questions, and following up after training • Meet workload criteria and metrics, including 175 emails per month and a minimum of two dealer trainings per month • Make outbound calls regarding excess orders and new parts manager lists • Answer incoming dealer calls • Review adds protection requests • Update job process documents and email stationery • Work on hold orders one day per week, including late orders at 6:45 pm EST on Thursdays • Collaborate with customers and escalate issues through appropriate channels, including helpdesk tickets • Collaborate with GM representatives and GM Lead RIM analysts • Learn and use RIM Legacy, RIM 3.0, DAAC, PWB+, Mainframe, and IP/digital phone systems to review orders, backorders, returns, and supersessions • Record upfront messages as needed • Work emails • Collaborate with team members via Slack and Teams meetings • Work autonomously and remain self-motivated

🎯 Requirements

• Professional fluency in English and French is required • 1 year of experience dealing with high phone/email volume in a deadline-driven environment • Experience with Microsoft Office • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French • Strong supplier and customer interaction experience • Basic computer skills • Knowledge of a dealership environment or inventory management (preferred) • Strong organizational and time management skills, including multitasking and managing customer expectations in a fast-paced environment (preferred)
