📋 Description

• Review and analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and financial performance • Develop comprehensive financial reports for management, regulators, and other stakeholders • Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts and report variances • Develop and maintain financial models for decision-making • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements • Identify opportunities for process and policy improvements and support implementation • Collaborate with other departments to gather information, resolve issues, and provide financial insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting • Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience • CPA or CFA preferred • Financial analysis • Financial reporting • Regulatory compliance • Budgeting and forecasting • Effective communication • Interpersonal skills • Attention to detail • Decision making • Problem-solving • Continuous learning
