📋 Description

• Perform research and analysis, including project management, for corporate strategy initiatives • Present research and analysis to all levels of company management • Provide robust research and analysis supporting Sales & Marketing initiatives, Key Intelligence Topics, and industry-disrupting trends • Communicate with stakeholders across the company to ensure distributed intelligence is actionable and timely • Use primary and secondary research to develop and maintain strategic and operational profiles on key competitors, suppliers, partners, and designated intelligence topics • Support intelligence distribution through presentations to Ryder’s Leadership Team, webinars, and Board-level documentation • Identify and maintain a database of relevant primary and secondary research sources, including industry analysts, market research firms, and conferences • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, accounting, finance, engineering, or economics • Two (2) years or more management consulting, leading corporate strategy, strategic planning and/or strategic initiatives required • Seven (7) years or more of professional experience preferred • Master's degree preferred: MBA, accounting, finance, or economics • Analytical skills • Strong executive presence and influence/communication skills • Ability to lead/manage others • Proven leadership skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team • Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment • Capable of multitasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices • Travel: 0-10%
