📋 Description

• Provide leadership for the Distribution Center and supervisors responsible for turnkey warehousing and transportation solutions • Interface directly with customers regularly and resolve issues promptly while maintaining customer satisfaction • Lead strategic operational planning and execution • Identify and solve operational issues through continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives • Hire, supervise, develop and manage employee performance • Maintain positive employee relations at assigned accounts • Maintain open and effective communication within and across work groups • Review data and implement necessary actions • Manage profit and loss statements depending on organizational complexity and scope • Lead proactive safety programs consistent with company policy • Instruct and enforce safety management plans, training and processes • Monitor equipment maintenance using checklists and observations • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• H.S. diploma/GED required • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred • Master's degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation or related field preferred • Five (5) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required • Five (5) years or more managing, leading and developing direct reports required • Three (3) years or more Profit & Loss responsibility preferred • One (1) year or more customer interaction preferred • Experience analyzing data and trends • OEM experience preferred • Experience working across multiple teams with an understanding of continuous improvement • Excellent problem solving skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills with demonstrated leadership capabilities • Strong organization, analytical, and computer skills • Ability to effectively manage Profit & Loss statements may be necessary depending on the complexity and scope of the operation (preferred) • Ability to work independently and as member of a team • Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization • Ability to create and develop an inclusive and engaged work environment • Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized with excellent time management skills • Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
